Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Manage a specialized team allocated across factory support, buyer support, and data management.
- Factory Success: Oversee the factory journey from registration to profile activation, ensuring data quality (products, certifications).
- Process Architecture: Define SOPs for factory registration and commercial inquiries; implement SLAs based on request type.
- Knowledge Base: Build guides for factories/exporters and FAQs for buyers.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years minimum in support management, operations, or customer success.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Industrial Ecosystems and Export Supply Chains.
