Role Description:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our paid media efforts. The role is responsible for planning and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) with precision.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign decisions.
- Manage substantial budgets and negotiate with media vendors to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop data-driven media strategies and high-performing ad creatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience:7-8 years minimum in performance marketing, media buying, and media planning.
- Media Strategy: Proven ability to develop and optimize high-budget campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
