Tazamun Technologies empowers businesses with digital strategy, automation, and cloud solutions. We are building a high-performance team in our Lahore office to support our expanding global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor support staff. Monitor metrics like response times and resolution speed.
- Operational Excellence: Implement SLAs and escalation protocols. Define and document SOPs for all support workflows.
- Platform Strategy: Maintain a central knowledge base and manage ongoing training for internal teams.
- Strategic Reporting: Analyze data to track onboarding success, booking issues, and financial support trends.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience:10+ years minimum in customer service, support management, or customer success.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business.
