Role Description:
We are looking for a versatile creative who can bridge the gap between static design and motion. You will be responsible for producing high-converting visual content—specifically image and video ads—for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Creative Production: Design eye-catching static graphics and motion/video ads tailored for social media marketing campaigns.
- Video Editing & Motion: Edit raw video footage and add motion graphics, text overlays, and effects to maximize engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Media Buyer/PPC team to iterate on creatives based on performance data.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with client branding while utilizing direct-response design best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience:7-8 years minimum in graphic design and video editing.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating "performance creative" (ads that sell).
